Plant Breeding and Acclimatization Institute with its seat in Radzików, 05-870 Błonie, Poland is an administrator of the personal data collected through the System IHAR.

Realize the Agreement (Standard Material Transfer Agreement) concluded between Recipient and Provider through the System including transmission of personal data to other institutions when ordered genetic material is not kept in Provider’s facilities and has to be prepared in other institution.
Fulfill the liabilities undertaken in the framework of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture which means periodically informing the Governing Body about concluded Material Transfer Agreements.
Contact the Recipient when needed in order to realize the Agreement and/or to answear the messages sent to the Provider by the Recipient through the contact form.
Recipient can choose not to provide personal data, but they will not be able to conclude an Agreement with the Provider, therefore they cannot order plant genetic material through the System.
Type and amount od collected data are minimised and include only the data necessary to fulfill the purposes in article 6.

E-mail address,
Type of activity.
Providing personal data that are not mandatory (for example telephone number, company name) is not mandatory and their processing depends on the user’s agreement.
Your personal data collected through the System IHAR will not be transmitted to any third party, unless:
You give consent for such actions,
Such data transmission is (or will be) obligatory provided by the laws.
You have got access to the data provided during the registration process and you can recify them when being logged in to your account.
You have the right to request a cease of processing your data.
Recipient has the right to request a removal of their personal data a tany time if the data are no longer needed (if the purposes included in article 6 are fulfilled).
Your personal data are stored as long as your account exists, but also no shorter than is needed to realize the purposes included in article 6.
Your personal data that were collected because of the Agreement (Standard Material Transfer Agreement) you concluded through the System IHAR are stored even if your account is deleted i order to fulfill the liabilities undertaken in the framework of the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture which means periodically informing the Governing Body about concluded Material Transfer Agreements.
Collected data are being rendered anonymous and used for statistical purposes.
Provider reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy at any time.
